Design Process
Our process bridges the gap between design and construction. Through collaboration with the project manager, we execute your vision in the field to an exceptional level of detail throughout the build process.
Our design timeline typically runs five months. The process begins with selecting exterior finishes and the process culminates with choosing the final touches for your home such as down to cabinet hardware and address numbers.
Our collaborative efforts throughout this process ensure your overall vision reaches every detail of your home.
What sets up apart
The perk of being a design-build firm is the daily collaboration with our construction and estimating departments. This allows us to assist in designing a realistic budget that achieves the vision for your home.
With our procurement warehouse on-site, we are able to order product early, which insulates you from any potential timing and budget risks due to manufacturer delays or supply-chain issues.
In our design studio we maintain samples of numerous products and materials for you to see, touch and most importantly, be inspired.
