Grant joined Redeux as CFO in 2014, and brings an extensive small business and construction related financial background to the company. Grant was the co-founder of GB3 Energy Solutions, a residential energy efficiency contractor. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s financial management. In addition to his work with Redeux, Grant serves as a part-time controller for his family’s retail hardware store company.

At Redeux, Grant manages project budgets and financing for the company’s portfolio of custom and spec home projects. He oversees the accounting and bookkeeping functions and is responsible for financial forecasting.

Originally from Steamboat Springs, Grant earned his BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In past lives, Grant worked for The Nature Conservancy in Mexico, helped launch alternative energy companies in Texas, and started a management consulting firm in Colorado. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

A proud Denver native, Jen has over 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. With a well-rounded background in residential brokerage, title insurance and leasing sales, she has a unique and thorough understanding of the Denver market. After graduating from Bucknell University with a degree in Psychology, Jen enjoyed her time at home raising three wonderful boys. She loves yoga, cooking, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

Jeremy earned a BSBA in Construction Management from Colorado State University and began his career with Pulte Homes/Del Webb. In this production residential environment, he led and managed large teams- including one of the state’s largest and most successful residential projects, Anthem Colorado.

Following Pulte / Del Webb, Jeremy joined a large Colorado based restoration company where he held the position as National Director of Construction. In this role, Jeremy was responsible for leading a national project management team with oversight and accountability for $50M+ in construction projects annually.

Jeremy brings extensive experience in the construction industry to the Redeux team. His expertise in process improvement, team coordination, customer satisfaction and pre-construction planning ensures goals are met for both Redeux and their customer.

Design Director Melissa Shine works closely with clients to create their Redeux dream home. From spec homes to personal builds, she brings a dynamic visual perspective and passion for functional design. Her goal is to translate your vision, style, and budget into a living space that expresses your personality. Many companies can build a house. With Melissa’s expertise, Redeux creates a home.

Melissa has more than a decade of design experience in the luxury home furnishings market and her residential interior design business. She holds a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a broad background in fine arts and multidisciplinary design fields. She thrives on the challenge of a complete build, going beyond finish selection to finished perfection. Outside the office, Melissa enjoys exploring her new home in the Rockies, and all the wonderful outdoor Melissa’s experience and background bring a unique and valued perspective to Redeux’s design and construction process.

As a Designer at Redeux Developments, Chelsea collaborates with clients on designing their dream home.  She also assists and supports all aspects of designing both Spec and Custom homes, including tracking, managing, and procuring design selections for all home projects throughout the entire home build process. Chelsea believes in design that balances function, comfort, and beauty, which when combined have the power to positively enhance daily life.

Chelsea holds a BS in Merchandising from Colorado State University. Creativity has been an integral part of her life for as long she can remember.  She began her career in the luxury home furnishings industry with a focus in visual merchandising to showcase the latest trends in home design and accessories. With her innate talent, penchant for detail, and strong organizational skills, she knew she had found her passion in design/decorating and the transition to home design has been a natural one.

Mike is a registered architect and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver, with AIA, NCARB, and LEED A.P. designations. Mike graduated first in his class in 2009 (Henry Adams Medal winner).

He’s designed and worked in Denver since 2004 and whose work can be seen throughout metro Denver’s neighborhoods, Tattered Cover, Colorado Saddlery Building, and Boulder’s Museum of Contemporary Art.

Mike is also a member of the faculty at the University of Colorado Denver, College of Architecture and Planning teaching a wide range of graduate and undergraduate seminar and studio courses.

Henry moved to Colorado from St. Louis, Missouri to attend the University of Denver where he graduated with a degree in real estate and construction management in 2010. His past work experience has taken him through several sides of the real estate and building industry. He is an avid skier and hiker and loves to enjoy the Colorado outdoors.

Ricky began his career in construction at a young age working hands on with some of Redeux’s earliest construction projects. With years of framing experience ranging from home remodeling, exterior siding, and new construction Ricky joined the team in 2019 as a project manager. In his free time he enjoys  hiking the Rockies with his 6 year old lab, spending time with family, and playing music.

Hailing from the streets of Amarillo, TX, Nash brings a wealth of knowledge in the arts of dumpster diving, sleeping, snoring, drooling, and looking for snacks about the office. Lucky visitors to the office may be greeted by Nash provided he is not preoccupied with one of his chew toys or his 4th nap of the day.
