Trevor Charbonneau

Founder, Managing Partner

Trevor founded Redeux Developments in 2009 and has since grown the company from one with a primary focus on the investment and fix and flip market to a full scale real estate development company specializing in homeowner renovations, new builds, and large scale additions.

Trevor has a long standing relationship with all of Redeux’s trade partners and through this delivers one of the highest values in the Denver residential development market today.

Originally from Spokane, Washington, Trevor graduated from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Construction Management. For 7 years, Trevor grew his career with Pulte Homes/Del Webb as the Senior Project Manager responsible for the development and management of one of the company’s largest home building projects in the nation, Anthem Colorado. In 2007 Trevor became the Director of Construction for Hayden Homes, a regional home builder in the North West, where he managed a team responsible for the construction of 300 homes annually. Trevor’s experience in full-cycle project management, energy efficiency training, customer relations, materials purchasing, labor negotiations and hands-on construction give him a rare, comprehensive knowledge of the industry.

Matt Koren

General Counsel, Managing Partner

Prior to joining Redeux full time in January of 2012, Matt worked as a real estate attorney for a prominent Denver-based national law firm. In this role, Matt negotiated and drafted complex contracts and other documents related to the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, conducted title reviews, negotiated and drafted numerous commercial and residential leases, and researched and analyzed real estate statutes and case law.

In addition to his legal skills, Matt brings extensive leadership and managerial training and experience from his prior service as an active duty officer in the Marine Corps and past service as a Major in the Marine Corps Reserves.

Grant Swanson

Chief Financial Officer

Grant joined Redeux as CFO in 2014, and brings an extensive small business and construction related financial background to the company. Grant was the co-founder of GB3 Energy Solutions, a residential energy efficiency contractor. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s financial management. In addition to his work with Redeux, Grant serves as a part-time controller for his family’s retail hardware store company.

At Redeux, Grant manages project budgets and financing for the company’s portfolio of custom and spec home projects. He oversees the accounting and bookkeeping functions and is responsible for financial forecasting.

Originally from Steamboat Springs, Grant earned his BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In past lives, Grant worked for The Nature Conservancy in Mexico, helped launch alternative energy companies in Texas, and started a management consulting firm in Colorado. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

jeremy smith

Jeremy Smith

Vice President of Operations

Jeremy earned a BSBA in Construction Management from Colorado State University and began his career with Pulte Homes/Del Webb. In this production residential environment, he led and managed large teams- including one of the state’s largest and most successful residential projects, Anthem Colorado.

Following Pulte / Del Webb, Jeremy joined a large Colorado based restoration company where he held the position as National Director of Construction. In this role, Jeremy was responsible for leading a national project management team with oversight and accountability for $50M+ in construction projects annually.

Jeremy brings extensive experience in the construction industry to the Redeux team. His expertise in process improvement, team coordination, customer satisfaction and pre-construction planning ensures goals are met for both Redeux and their customer.

Henry O’Connell

Director of Customer Relations

Henry moved to Colorado from St. Louis, Missouri to attend the University of Denver where he graduated with a degree in real estate and construction management in 2010. His past work experience has taken him through several sides of the real estate and building industry. Henry joined Redeux as a Project Manager, overseeing projects in various stages of construction. Henry now handles all customer service and warranty items for Redeux clients after home closing.

He is an avid skier and hiker and loves to enjoy the Colorado outdoors.

Melissa Shine

Melissa Shine

Interior Designer

Design Director Melissa Shine works closely with clients to create their Redeux dream home. From spec homes to personal builds, she brings a dynamic visual perspective and passion for functional design. Her goal is to translate your vision, style, and budget into a living space that expresses your personality. Many companies can build a house. With Melissa’s expertise, Redeux creates a home.

Melissa has more than a decade of design experience in the luxury home furnishings market and her residential interior design business. She holds a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a broad background in fine arts and multidisciplinary design fields. She thrives on the challenge of a complete build, going beyond finish selection to finished perfection. Outside the office, Melissa enjoys exploring her new home in the Rockies, and all the wonderful outdoor Melissa’s experience and background bring a unique and valued perspective to Redeux’s design and construction process.

Chelsea Norman

Chelsea Norman

Design Coordinator

As the Design Coordinator at Redeux Developments, Chelsea assists and supports the Designer, Melissa, with all aspects of designing homes, including tracking, managing, and procuring design selections for all home projects throughout the entire home build process. Chelsea also supports the business in other areas including finance and administrative responsibilities.

Chelsea holds a BS in Merchandising from Colorado State University. She began her career in the luxury home furnishings industry with a focus in visual merchandising to showcase the latest trends in home design and accessories. With her innate talent, penchant for detail, and strong organizational skills, she knew she had found her passion in design/decorating and the transition to home design has been a natural one.

Deshon Ramsey

Deshon Ramsey

Project Manager

Deshon is a proud Veteran of the United State Marine Corps. After proudly serving his country he began his career in the construction industry.

Prior to joining Redeux Developments Deshon worked for some of the nation’s largest builders most recently David Weekley homes. Deshon has earned numerous awards over the years for bringing projects in on time, under budget and for his excellent customer satisfaction. Deshon has extensive knowledge of building codes, OSHA and EPA specifications.

Deshon brings 20 years experience of full on- site construction management to Redeux. He has overseen all phases of construction and completed many residential home development projects on time under budget, and with great attention to detail.

Deshon is originally from Dallas, Texas, loves the state of Colorado and enjoys spending quality time with his family and all things outdoors.

Mike Nulty

Mike Nulty


Mike is a registered architect and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver, with AIA, NCARB, and LEED A.P. designations. Mike graduated first in his class in 2009 (Henry Adams Medal winner).

He's designed and worked in Denver since 2004 and whose work can be seen throughout metro Denver’s neighborhoods, Tattered Cover, Colorado Saddlery Building, and Boulder's Museum of Contemporary Art.

Mike is also a member of the faculty at the University of Colorado Denver, College of Architecture and Planning teaching a wide range of graduate and undergraduate seminar and studio courses.



Office Support Dog

Hailing from the streets of Amarillo, TX, Nash brings a wealth of knowledge in the arts of dumpster diving, sleeping, snoring, drooling, and looking for snacks about the office. Lucky visitors to the office may be greeted by Nash provided he is not preoccupied with one of his chew toys or his 4th nap of the day.
